Today’s word is hard money.
Today’s word is hard money loan. A hard money loan means usually a company or a group of people have come together and released a loan for you.
It’s not amortized. Usually, they’re a simple loan but it’s a good way to get it into a property because it’s based on the value of your property.
So it’s easier to get into, it doesn’t have to do anything with your credit repair or your credit number, or any of those kind of things.
It only has to do with the value of the property.
That’s the benefit of a hard money loan.
There’ll usually be a little bit higher interest, but you can offset that by understanding the numbers.
