Seller’s market means the sellers are dictating how high the price goes up.
So people that are selling are more likely to be less likely to negotiate because it’s a seller’s market. They’re trying to get a higher value in a property because more people are buying in that market that’s all based on inventory.
Meaning, how many houses are for sale in that area. So, make sure you understand those terms, check the market data of your area and that’ll help you out.
