Today’s real estate investing word is appreciation.

Appreciation is how much the value of that property will increase over time.

Make sure you’re not doing a strategy where you bank on the property increasing by a specific amount because you never know what’s going to happen next year.

A lot of people try to get a property and hope it’s going to appreciate the next year, and everything may or may not work. If the property does not appreciate, your strategy could cost you considerable loss.
